Our Purim band, "The Jewdles" played Beatles spoofs with Purim themes.
Our lovely singers from Hillel and beyond.
Members dressed in costumes
Kristy had all the party food together.
Hillel members participated.
Teens participated.
The Megillah was chanted in Hebrew and English, and there were plenty of "shpiels."
Lotsa hamantaschen.
The next day we had a Purim Carnival for families in our Religious School and Menchkins programs. We even had video games.
Many kids and adults came in costume.
The families made "Mishloach Manot" (goody baskets for 30 Senior Sages).
Kristy had it organized again.
Russell had a studio set up for taking pics of people in costume.
Our rabbi read a Purim story and we shook our graggers (noisemakers). One of the classes did a Purim play.
You are invited to stay for the pizza dinner!
