Thanksgiving Run/Walk with the Quaker Friend's Meeting

Updated: Nov 24, 2020

At the invitation of members of the Friend’s Meeting, we invite those able to do so, to join in a “walk together” with members of our neighbor Friend’s Meeting (Quakers) on Thanksgiving morning at 9 a.m.: We meet at CBI to walk in pairs around our mutual neighborhood. This is a Covid era variant in lieu of the (15th) Annual Jesus Center Run for Food event. Covid-19 precautions (masks on and attention paid to social distancing guidelines). The itinerary is about an hour walk while getting to know a member of our neighboring faith community. Kindly contact Marv Megibow or the CBI office about your interest in participating in this event.

Note: If you wish, registration and donations to the Jesus Center can be done on-line at: http://www.runforfood.com/ to support their annual food drive…registration is open through Thanksgiving Day.
